Established in 1993, RGV Juniors Volleyball was created with the goal of being a high level volleyball club that trains players of all ages to improve their skills on and off the court, and better preparing them for the next level. We offer a fun and challenging environment for players to develop their skills and their love for the game of volleyball.

Words from Milagros Regalado: "RGV Juniors, especially Founder and Head Coach Oscar Segovia, taught me the finest parts of what it means to be a volleyball player but also what it means to be an exceptional athlete.
Long days of practice, 2-day Tournaments, and the friends I made in my time at RGV are my memorable moments, but just as much as they are were my side conversations with Oscar. Moments of self doubt and questioning would quickly change after a talk with him as he knew what it was like to feel not worthy of such opportunities, but knew to never let them slip away without effort.
Being apart of RGV Juniors is an experience I will never forget and one I wish to bestow upon all young athletes. I learned lessons and advice I still follow through every day, even while not actively pursuing a career in volleyball. A message from the Director of RGV Jrs Volleyball & ex-NCAA D-I & D-II Coach of the year:
"My dearest RGV Community. I've been here over 25 years. In my years of being part of the NCAA level. The NCAA has awarded me the golden opportunity to push student athletes to their fullest potential. Even when parents felt it was too much pressure or too intense. Our results of signing 102 seniors out of 106, which totals to 97% of our seniors receiving scholarships, is announcing to our community that RGV Jrs is here to stay. I will say, RGV Jrs Volleyball is not your normal day by day club and is not for your ordinary volleyball player. Its an organization that shows no limits. We push mentally and most importantly, physically. "Loyalty" is huge in RGV Jrs Volleyball. My motto since 1993 has been, "You are not here to change RGV Jrs, RGV Jrs is here to change you!"
